RESPONSIBILITIES: . Applies scientific expertise to system, testing, and projects . Analyzes, implements, or tests system components related to scientific requirements . Implements scientific concepts, methods and procedures . Reviews practices and procedures to clarify objectives . Reviews and prepares documentation to describe scientific algorithms and model development, logic, coding, and corrections Qualifications . 6 - 9 years work of specialized technical functional experience in physics, optical (to include infrared and ultraviolet wavelengths), radiofrequency, gamma, neutron, X-ray, and/or space weather disciplines related to the task . Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field related to the task . Active TS/SCI Security Clearance In addition to responsibilities listed, the jobholder should expect to undertake other related duties as assigned.
