Scotts Lawn Service is now hiring Outside Sales and Inside Sales Representatives Sales Rep Job Description: We are looking for both outside and inside sales representatives to join our growing team and help us become the leading name in professional lawn care. The outside sales position is responsible for pursuing sales leads to acquire new customers and making additional sales to current Scotts LawnService customers via traveling around the assigned territory in the market. The inside sales position will be responsible in selling various sales campaigns to our current customers and new customers inside our Tampa Call Center. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who meet the following to join our sales team: High School Diploma (or GED) Valid Drivers License ( Outside Sales Only) Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to lift 15 pounds, and stand or walk for 8-10 hours/day while pushing/carrying lawn measuring equipment (Outside Sales Only) Access to reliable transportation for independent use during work hours (Outside Sales Only) For inside sales reps you will need reliable transportation to and from work Able and willing to work in various/extreme weather conditions (8-10 hours per day) ( Outside Sales Only) Ability to work in a team environment Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management are a must Ability to work in a results-oriented environment Previous industry experience not required Candidate must be able to speak and understand English, and read and write in English, in a manner sufficient for effective communication with supervisors, employees and customers, based on the assumption that such individuals can only speak, understand, and read English Bilingualism (particularly Spanish) is a desired skill In order to be considered for our organization, you must be able to pass a drug screening, nicotine screening, driver background check (Outside Sales Only), and criminal background check.
